If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part stays in effect as much as possible under the law, and the rest of the terms keep working.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

Both of us stay responsible for anything that happened before termination. These terms are active until either you or we end them. You can stop using our Service anytime by telling us you're done or just stopping. We can also end this agreement whenever we want if we think you've broken the terms. When that happens, you still owe us everything up to that date and you lose access to the Service.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we don't enforce something in these terms, that doesn't mean we're giving it up. These Terms of Service, along with any policies on this site, are the whole agreement between us. They replace anything we talked about or agreed to before, whether in person or in writing. We won't interpret anything against whoever wrote it.
